LEGAL BASIS OF CITIZENSHIP EDUCATION
The legal basis is as follows:

     1945 Constitution
         Goals and aspirations of the Indonesian nation of freedom listed in the second and fourth Alenia Preamble of the 1945 Constitution.
         The right and duty of every citizen to participate in the defense of the countries listed in Article 30 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution.
         The right of every citizen to obtain teaching mentioned in Article 31 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution.
